How long does deposit/withdrawal processing take?
Processing time depends on the operation type and method.
Cryptocurrency:
Deposits and withdrawals of cryptocurrency are processed via submission to platform administrators. Processing time may range from several hours to several business days and depends on workload, data accuracy, and network confirmation.
Fiat operations:
- ELQR deposits are processed automatically and are usually credited within a few minutes after successful payment.
- Bank transfer deposits and fiat withdrawals are processed via requests and require manual review. Processing may take several business days.
Large amounts:
Operations on large amounts may require additional verification and, accordingly, a longer processing time.
