How to transfer funds within the platform?
The platform supports transfers between own accounts, transfers to other platform users, and international transfers.
Transfer to another platform user:
- Go to Transfers and select Transfer inside the platform.
- Fill in the form:
- Select the account from which the transfer will be made
- Enter the email of an existing platform user
- Specify the transfer amount
- Specify the purpose of the transfer
- Attach supporting documents for the transfer.
- Click Continue and confirm the transfer by entering the 6-digit code sent via email or an authenticator app if 2FA is enabled.
SEPA\SWIFT transfers:
- To make a SEPA or SWIFT transfer, go to Transfers and select SEPA\SWIFT transfers
- Fill in the form:
- Select the SEPA or SWIFT transfer method
- Select the currency
- Specify the transfer amount
- Specify the recipient details for the transfer.
- Click Continue and confirm the transfer by entering the 6-digit code sent via email or an authenticator app if 2FA is enabled.
