Is it possible to increase transaction limits?
To increase limits, extended verification is required.
- To review or increase limits, go to the profile page and open the “Limits” tab. The current limit and information about increasing it are displayed.
To increase limits:
- Contact a platform administrator and upgrade the verification level by providing additional documents confirming the source of funds
- Contact can be initiated directly from the limits section using the “Contact Support” button
- After manager approval, higher transaction limits become available.
